You start as Brown and Amber, not Red and Blue. All those Red and Blue units don't actually show up once you start a game, and their buildings act as neutrals. |

Why are there recons on mountains and rivers? I'm not going to rate this because the aethestics just don't work out. |

Pointman (02/02/2006 08:23pm):
The recons on rivers are capable of moving off of the rivers, and the ones on the mountains are protection against an HQ rush. |

You have 2 useless ports This is not SFW where sea units could move in rivers |

What on earth is the point of the BM units? |
|
Pointman (02/04/2006 01:36am | Edited: 02/04/2006 01:41am):
Those ports aren't useless, a battleship makes a great line of defense against a ground assault on your base there. Also, I've never played any games in the wars series. About the other units, you cannot unload APC's onto the places where BM and RF units sit. The non-player units also tell you something about the battlefield; In the quest to defeat your enemies, you must overthrow a government and enslave cities and factories with no relation to you or your armies other than that they happen to have gotten between the two of you. |
