A Noob Too Far (01/12/2006 02:20pm):
Excellent, very well balanced map. BH looks to have a huge advantage at the beginning, but
the choke points slow them up just long enough for OS and BM to counterattack.

Oh, and gg ELC.
Evil Lord Canas (01/13/2006 10:55am):
Heh, thank you I also made some fixes to make it a little bit easier for "low-level" players.
[=> removed 1 BH city and changed city at start to neutral, removed mech]
Optimus Prime (03/13/2006 04:06pm):
I can't say it's the greatest, but it's a vast improvement over a lot of other maps on this site.
My biggest complaint is the scattered terrain; it looks like you just slapped it on the map. If it
were a little more organized, I'd rate it higher, but trust me, you're pulling a much better grade
out of me than a lot of the other maps I've seen.
LoneMidnightWolf (09/02/2006 07:44pm | Edited: 09/02/2006 07:44pm):
The only problem I have, besides the terrain issue is the big start for BH in such a small map
and equal properties on both sides. Now the second isn't really a bad thing, but BH also
starts out with 11 cities controled whereas the allies 10. And BH has pre deployed. I'd
suggest making the non-symmetric city nuetral on the BH HG and removing the mountain in
the middle annd having the bridge go down the middle as well.
EDIT: I like it though so I rate it a 7/10
Agent (09/08/2006 03:50pm):
BH starts out too powerful. The allies should have 20 cities on their side versus BH's 17. It's
easier to be BH using one CO than to have a team of two CO's. Right now they are
balanced, but BH will get his power faster, will have more unit production choices, and can
form a strategy without the cooperation of another player.
mrapex (01/28/2009 08:34pm):
Agreed, this is unbalanced to hell
jacklo (04/28/2010 05:12pm):
Excellent map. Played it twice and the first time, the 1 player won and the other time the 2 won
(granted the 2 had experience after the first game).
Nyvelion (09/05/2012 12:01pm):
Seems to chokepointy to me. Also, Agent/MRapex are right about the imbalance.
ShiningForce4 (08/11/2024 07:58pm):
Black hole will always win
Not balanced
