Hey, the mapmaker here!
This is my first foray into developing a viable map. I started this map with "Mountain Railings", and
then developed outside of the rails after a while. If you have any advice for changes or future map-
making in general, please do tell!
Big thanks to Jay and Xmo5 for all the help with teaching and balancing!

some questions to ask yourself when designing your map: how do you expect the game will start? and
how do you expect the game will end? what difference does it make with fog of war on? do you want
the HQ to be captured, possibly? how many ways are there to win the game? what are the main
objectives? how are they to be contesed? under what circumstances?

Kinda empty... space the 2 cities in the middle and add some more everywhere else.
sublimeslimetime (06/24/2018 04:38am):
Gonna be honest, could use more roads bruv. And maybe some kind of incentive to get behind the mountains? A missile
Silo near the end perhaps?
SuperAnon3MC (03/26/2019 08:08pm):
I like your concept, though you should have some incentive, like sublimeslimetime said. Maybe you could put a few cities on
the S/E and N/W corners and some others outside the mountains near the bases.

There should be more cities than just this, and having properties on the middle of the map is generally a bad idea, so you
should move those cities a bit so they're not next to each other.

More roads should be added to speed up mobility, and you could also open up the mountains a bit near the North and South
bases so there's access to the bridge.

With help from the great folks at the AWBW Discord, Hammer Mountain v2 has been released!

With a mix of a suggested version by Pika and advice by Xmo5, the map has been shifted to accomodate more funds, roads,
"mountain rail" access and aggressiveness!

I hope this better version is to people's liking!

6/4/19: Whoops forgot FTA.
I'll fix that after the test match.
