Ooh, I don't think I'm liking this. The person that goes first is going to get a bit of a dominatrix going on. Not only that, but it might be very likely for that person to shut down the opponent's initial bases, making it a clean sweep towards the HQ. My criticism is to have the initial bases at least closer to the HQ, for things get a little crammed. These are the kind of maps that makes Grit so nefarious... |

if you build a piprunner on a base with no pipes nearby, it can sit on the base and fire... not too often used, but can be useful sometimes |

piperunners can move on bases, so if theres a group of bases it can move around on it. bad map. sensei, sami, grit, colin, hachi, and about every other CO would completley destroy GE here. |

FTA, Mech spam, what else? Too many bases for a small map. Maps this small also dont deserve an airport. Replace some cities with terrain and some bases with cities. Too much starting properties and GE will be surrounded within a few turns. 5/10 |

You could substitute the rivers for pipes, but then people would probably complain about chokepoints, either way, your map requires a breath of life. |

this map is supposed to be small and terrible so dont change the basics.... people obviously like it fast and furious ... just look at HUGE number of games played on this map ( 250- ish) .... its a pity that statistic is not advertised directly on map pages instead of the spiteful ratings ! (also 73 people have bothered to rate this map..another record?,, surely worth fixing up the fta !!) There is a 60-40 win ratio , not surprising since theres no fta counter whatsoever. I think any kind of counter would be better than nothing and probably considerably redress the proven statistical imbalance. For example give the second player an infantry and a recon ? Also the game-creator can ,for a change, make quite a new kind of game by, eg., putting a mech ban !! |

FTA, way to high initial income. First person can easily build some artillery or rockets before the other and shut down factories, and cap the cities and starting factories rather easily. |
