You might consider increasing the funding curve by adding 1-2 more cities around the bases. Especially
on the side that has the preowned AB inf. The cost for getting the airport is also probably steep, unless
you intend to have most games be only land. You could either remove the pipe or bring the port closer.

Thanks for the feedback, added properties near the east and west bases.

My intent was to make the airport an investment that comes into play later in the game, I'm not convinced it's too
expensive in high funds.
