Piperunners are of course banned here, or I can use them to lock down the base.
But using rockets to lock the base & build missiles to lock the airport is still a possible
strategy.

Yep, Ban:Piperunners. This map remains to be tested.
lock the bases requires vision and high income, which may not be as simple as that.

This map looks like air units are not viable, when missile locking is too easy (and the
black boat can resupply it).
