A good map, but naval combat isn't emphasized, even with the massive number of ports. The
airports completely defeat naval combat.

Gah, we need terrain that land and sea units can move on (besides ports and shoals).

I agree: the airports do defeat naval combat. I only made battleships/subs at the end of
the game for pelting the already defeated enemy force and sight, and that was only for the
hell of it, as I had 3 piperunners as well.

What about giving a piperunner to each team for the pipe they have next to a city? That
would make things interesting. You could also try to mix the starting properties so that
you can attempt to hamper the enemy's resource gaining early on. Perhaps the cities on
the corner (upper right/lower left) could be enemy controlled.

Aside from that, I enjoyed the board; 8/10.

BH's starting battleship can easily foil the factory-capture attempt of RF. Even without the
BShip, A starting-funds-enabled rocket (or artillery if people are daft enough to allow Grit)
could do the same.
