Edited SuperAnon3MC's map to try and fix some of the balance of base and terrain placement

Balance is still poor. Teal is in a terrible position overall. Green and black should have a road connecting them. Airports shouldn't be contested properties because the corner nations have an advantage in not having to cover as many fronts.
