Pretty sure it’s STA, free 1 infantry and 1 turn ahead with base

Changed the FTA counter to something that ... probably works?
Also made one starting base neutral

By now i know enough about how maps play out to not have high hopes for this one,
but at least i want it to be a somewhat balanced map, if nothing else
