It's more about funds to base ratio. You're at 9k for 3 bases, which means two of those bases will be building infs each turn. On such a small map, that's a recipe for poor gameplay. |

You need to increase the cities. Too much infantry and the game won't go anywhere. But remove the base because the map is too small for that many cities |

I would reduce to 2 bases AND increase the number of cities. 2 base probably needs at least 11k to have the best gameplay for this size map. |

Definitely better. The biggest problem I foresee now is how choky the terrain is between the mountains and rivers. I'm worried that the prevailing strategy will be to just spam artillery and back them with infs, it will be very strong on this map. |

changed the terrain a bit at the bridge areas and some of the mountains. and add 2 more cities (you seid 11k per side right) |
