no only 3 at a time,and they shoot at random places.

Like the idea of a Awbw campaign, my main issue woth this map though is fuel. Without access to black boats fuel might
become a serious hindrance to the allies, unless they pick jess, but then you need to contend with pitiful air units so a pretty
sizable tradeoff. Def would recommend banning drake here though, if bh picks drake and spams co power fuel drain will make
this impossible

With no fuel supplier, the Stealths won't last long while cloaked, but considering the only thing that can kill them are fighters,
which BH starts with only one and has to wait 3 days to get another. This should be a fair trade off.

you could also pick eagle who has less fuel drain per turn
