co powers should be off, but if you're the wild kind of person,
Banned COs: tiers 0 and 1 (except for Hawke and Javier), also Drake (Sonja should be banned if you're using FoW)
of course you can take these with a grain of salt, i'm no expert

it's not balanced at all but I can't tell whose favour that's in so I thought 'ah why not' and uploaded it and i am now regretting it
