Considering the allies have 7 bases + 1 airport VS BH's 4 bases + 1 airport, it may be advisable for BH to choose Von Bolt
or Lash instead of Sturm so that he may more reliable kill Infantries.

Alternatively, a rule system using tag teams may be established:
- Once the game starts, the Allied Players must discuss amongst themselves which one of their two COs to use.
The Allied players each publically announce which CO they are going to stick to, and for the rest of the game they won't
switch from them. They may not have overlapping COs, for instance 2 different Players picking Olaf.

- The Black Hole player on the other hand can freely switch between his two Tag COs as he wishes.
Like the Allies, Black Hole cannot have two of the same CO, eg he may not pair 2 Eagles.

- The overlapping-CO rule only applies within teams, so it is fine if Black Hole and one of the Allied Players were to both
pick Hawke. You can imagine this as BH clones if you'd like.

Shortened rules explanation / Beginning-of-game Reminder:

Remember to coordinate with your teammates and select one of your
two COs to use during this game, you have about 2 turns to make a
decision. Please announce your decision publically.

As a reminder:
- You are not allowed to switch COs once you have selected one.
- No two teammates may select the same CO.
+ BH is the only player allowed to switch between their COs.

Bonus idea: Timer to defeat BH?
Extra idea: Megatanks labbed instead of banned? Neotanks labbed?
Additional idea: Traitor mode? Team mode must be disabled, the 'Team' must give each other view.
BH may pick out a traitor once. He may do this any time. They will now work for him, and BH can optionally choose to have
them
swap their CO, which is irreversable. There shouldn't be any private negotiations between the two sides before BH makes his
pick.
