Map made to drag at least Sensei into T1 with all the Ghosted Cities (He won't deploy infantry or Mechs on them), it also knocks
Hachi down a peg but to be honest Hachi is still T0 here entirely because of the 50% off still being HUGE.

If 6 is still too much inf/Mech respectively for powers I'd probably end up making it like 4 per side.
