this map needs to add claimed cities, Kanbei will have a disavantage

I bet even with the lost out early infantry Kanbei would still be op

This map is superb. There are many avenues of approach and lots of viable cos in my opinion.
It should never fail to produce interesting games. 10/10. Voice is Akasha does it again.

I personally think the second player advantage is a little to high, everything else perfect. 9/10

Kanbei is forced to base skip twice in the first turns. He might actually not be broken this time. Very interesting to see if Kanbei
is balanced enough for T1.

This is a fun map except for I just lost cause I didn't realize that the labs were the HQs? I'm new so I didn't know that the labs were also HQs. Also do we have to capture all 4 to win?

Kanbei is so strong, especially in mixed base. I'm sorry, but I'm afraid he's still OP even with 2 base skips. Now, with NO starting infantry? That's a maybe. But with the starting infantry? You pick Colin, or Kanbei, Or Hachi, or Sensei, or you will DIE against Kanbei. Just like always.

map is wacky.

It's because there was a tournament where the higher seed (=better) players were
handed the player 1 side.

We did extra thorough balance testing before adding this map, and we're 99% sure it's
balanced enough that it's eiither completely fair, or nobody is playing at a level where
the miniscule differences matter yet.

As a follow up to the above conversation, completed games are now 1181-1033 or 53%-47%. As the tourney results get diluted
it goes back down to 50-50 (although its possible true win rates arent exactly 50-50, but we are fine with that).

This map has TOO much going on at once. It feels overwhelming, implying the game starts with so many fronts all at once.
For a veteran or expert, I can see this being fun. For a “normal” to “poor” player however it seems openly hostile.

Literally (not figuratively), LITERALLY the worst map in the game. It's a shame I can't give this
map a 0 rating because it throughly deserves it... just awful!

Sami should indeed be selected by ban,(T2)

but now there are only TOP and MID (T1 and T3), and instead Kindle cannot be picked in T3

Sami should probably be banned on this map. Straight up the highest non-tier-0 winrate on this map. Crazy strong

The Sami mech crawl across the mid is an extremely hard to deal with, low cost, threat. You can deal with it, but not efficiently,
and that efficiency loss will play out in other parts of the map as Sami is able to enjoy deploying lots of infantry on a 4 base
map. Sami to t1 or ban.

The fact that Von Bolt is banned and Sami isn't is just funny to me.
Sami is probably OP, even in tier 1.

This map is too hostile for new players. I feel like a good map on the global league should be viable for every step in a player's journey and this one isn't.

My first game ever in competitive was in this map earlier this year and I fund it really fun. It is definitely hard to know who gets
which properties, but I feel like it gets really fun being able to have battles all over the place. Maybe I like chaos a bit too much
after reading the rest of the recent comments.
