A sequel to Battle of Pipe Hill.

The broken pipe seams seemingly scattered across the battlefield serve as reminders for the Pipecannon's firing range.
The slightly larger battlefield should hopefully make recon/pipevision rushes harder to pull off, and if not that, then at least
reduce the cannon's effective range.
An 'outside' area in the corners completely free from the pipecannon's bombardement is introduced/enlargened.
The pipecannons now sit on neutral towers to nerf (lash's) terrain bonus and to make fighting the pipecannon a valid strategy.

You can optionally bind recons to be lab units if the recon rushes are still that rough.
Remember to ban Sonya.
