Interesting center with the black boats and labs. The ports might as well not exist,
since battleships and carriers from them will either be too little too late, or represent a
massive waste of funds with a huge loss of momentum. Maybe you could open up the
corner a bit and allow players to build a black boat to reach the corner airport by a
shoal, instead of requiring an artillery.
