Mr. Warhammer (01/27/2006 01:16am):
AB have locked port,BH Don't have ports, and BH is too small. 5/10.
Kiyobi (02/05/2006 10:35am):
You're a moron. AB or BH are nowhere to be found on this map.
Mr. Warhammer (02/05/2006 10:57am):
he changed map...
BH is now GE,
AB is now BM
OS is OS again.
GuanXun (02/05/2006 11:13am):
Actually, the map was origionally a 4 team map which was based on the www.simrtk.net
This is based off of the historical 3 kingdoms
DrainDemios (02/05/2006 01:47pm):
Rofl, Kiyobi, I understand where you come off saying that. XD

Anyways, there's not enough neutral properties. GE is rather limited, as well, because their
only vehicular exit is at the top of their base.
GuanXun (02/05/2006 02:05pm):
I am not being stuborn, but most of the things you are complaining about are done on
perpose.

Historically, Shu (GE) had a horrible trouble with moving suplies from the heartland to the
border. Thus most units are ment to be built on the front lines. So if Shu loses the front lines,
it is pretty screwed
Nyvelion (02/07/2006 05:51am):
hmm, Shu starts with the NW? I always thouht Shu never actually controlled the Xi
province, or is it just assumed to be Shu territory if it's based after Ma Teng's death by
Wei where it's assumed that Ma Chao would only attack Wei anyway?
Based on what year that I THINK this map was based on during the ROTK era, I would assume
that the very northeast would be neutral since Wei didn't invade the province owned by
Gongsun Zan (Or one of the Gongsun family members...) and was left unconquered since it
didn't have much importance.

Nonetheless, it's still a good looking ROTK map so 10/10

GuanXun (02/07/2006 04:54pm):
Zhuge Liang destroyed Xiahou Mao and thus took Wu Wei, Tian Shui (and Mr. Jiang Wei) and
Xi Ping, so this is right before Wu Zhang Plains.

Gongsun Du controlled Korea at this time, but never the less was to unimportant to really add
to this map.
Nyvelion (02/07/2006 06:13pm):
oh
Dullahan (02/08/2006 08:27pm):
Starting properties:
OS: 53
BM: 111
GE: 46

Nowhere close to balanced. Even if OS and GE ally and finish getting the neutrals, BM
still has more income. Even if BM only sends a portion of it's income at GE, BM still can
overpower GE rather easily (especially so with the base ratios in the top left).
MikeGnz (02/08/2006 08:49pm):
...which it's supposed to be, because Wei was the strongest of the three kingdoms. Then it
was Wu, then Shu.
jhuni (03/13/2006 06:44pm | Edited: 03/14/2006 12:00am):
this map is horrible(for competive play) 5/10. close together ports and maps with this much
income is noob....Bm swarms os. ge will never reach the sea ports so ge isnt gonna do
much also bms base advantage winns in the upper corner to make things worse bm goes
before green earth.
tactful strategist (03/14/2006 05:23pm | Edited: 03/14/2006 05:26pm):
i personally like the dynasty warriors series and RTK series, and i think guan did a very
good job at impersonating china to its real form in that time. and if played right, shu
(green) can overcome the top portion of wei(blue) and gain a huge defensive position in
the invasion, and then, go straight for wei's poorly defended base. and then adding to
that factor, shu is virtually impregnable b/c its surrounded in the mountanous region of
cheng du and han zhong. wu, on the plus side, has barracks all around its base making take
over nearly impossible. and wei has the most income, so its the most powerful of the three.
GuanXun (03/14/2006 06:41pm):
I would like to note that this game is impossible to play because of the fact that it was
originally designed for 4 kingdoms
naruto. (03/14/2006 10:05pm):
sucks
Freezie (03/15/2006 09:59pm):
Since it was originally designed to be a 5-player map, the AWBW database still thinks its
for 5 players, and any game created on this thing will simply be there and won't EVER start...

So.. 0/10

If I could...
ryuhi (03/16/2006 03:09pm):
you should add the nanman army and Lubu/dong zhou for the 4 and 5th armies...
LoneMidnightWolf (03/16/2006 04:39pm):
even though it all has a lot of messed up things with it, I give it props. The fact that it is
uneven is due to historical accuracy, and can be solved through alliances, even if they may
be cheap. The Romance series is my favorite turn based startegy game ever. The history is
so amazing. I congradulate you on actually making a map of this however. 7/10.
LoneMidnightWolf (03/16/2006 05:15pm):
I say you just add the most important ones and give each a city like in the special maps.
Have Coa Coa, Yuan Shoa, Liu Zhang, Liu Biao, Liu Bei, Sun Jian, Dong Zhou, Ma
Teng,Gungsun Zan, and the Nan Meng, but minus two of those since that is ten. Also there
is that Yan Baiho guy who was the tribesman in the south. So many possibilities. Frankly
since Lu Bu and Yan were not around long, I view them as not very important, unless you
want to scrap the tribes, not use: Liu Zhang, Meng Hou, Cai Wengi, Yan Baiho, and whoever
the Mongol leader was. Then you can put Lu Bu in there. That would leave Liu Bei, and Liu
Biao in the South West, Ma Teng and Dong Zhou in the North West, Yuan Shoa and Gunsun
Zan in the North East, Sun Jian and Yuan Shu in the South East, and Coa Coa in the center
plains with Lu Bu. Then you would have to take two out. I would advise Yuan Shu and Ma
Teng or take Lu Bu out of there somewhere. Just a thought. Maybe Gunsun Zan could
leave... put Coa Coa more north.
Nahbien (03/19/2006 12:21pm):
The games also won't start with 3 countries, you most likely choose the wrong ammount of
players in the map. Also the map is nowhere near balanced...
RavanfromAWN (03/20/2006 12:06pm):
here's an idea:don't play any of the shitty maps on this site.

which ones are shitty you ask? all of them not made by Nyvelion or x0
GuanXun (03/20/2006 04:52pm):
I have fixed the game to be playable, now you have to deal with the United Barbarians
tactful strategist (03/20/2006 07:07pm):
united barbarians? r u crazy!? the barbarians dont have a chance against the three
kingdoms. and lets be serious, if its UNITED, why are they in the four frickin corners of
the map? three sorry, but one person is gonna have a hard time controlling and much less
holding off shu in the north. but the fight against wei should be pretty easy. but the hq
for nanman is pretty much done for. so basically, it seems the barbarians will have the
whole BLUNT of everyone, cause there scattered every which way.
GuanXun (03/20/2006 07:42pm):
The Barbarians represent the many Barbarian nations around China, if you side with the
barbarian leader, then you can use their forces to take out an opposing leader
Th3 Master Composer (05/07/2006 10:07am):
I believe the point would be for the Various Barbarians to work with Wu and Shu (at least to
begin with) against Wei, then eventually could move against someone else. Anyway, their
base is in Nanman, and WELL protected, even from Shu.

10/10 for having the time to make such a neat map.
xeliaong (05/08/2006 10:26pm):
pretty good. 10/10
