Almost completely historically accurate.

The French have the lab and the neotank because the French developed the heaviest tank at the time, the Char 2C, which
was almost as heavy as the KonigsTiger. The Spaniards didn't actually invade France, but they worked in Blue Division on
the Eastern Front as volunteers.
