I can't see how the two guys in the center could possibly win. They begin with less build capacity, less revenues, and have at least 2 front lines to defend. Plus, any of them has access to the sea, so they can't build subs against battleship; which means that in the mid-late game their factories will be blocked by long range units ON THE WATER, so untouchable. Also only them doesn't have access to the air units. To my opinion you should left the structures like that and simply delete those two factions. Otherwise no one will play those roles, even if they allied each other. Excepted that the map seems fun! |

I don't mind a bit of imbalance in maps. This map at least creates an interesting situation, where the 2 guys in the Center basically have to wipe each other out as quickly as possible, if anyone of them wants to have a chance at winning the game. I would say double down on that concept. Move their HQ a tile closer to each other. And add an airport between them, because the Center is missing one and to reward the winner of the dogfight with access to an airport. Otherwise the map needs a bit more refinement. Remove the harbor nonsense in the Lower Right. That area also has too many bases and properties, especially for the Corner position. There are different ways to balance this. Either you make his position more egalitarian with the others or you make him more vulnerable. Move his HQ into a more vulnerable position, connect his land with the other players to his left and the island on the top right. Since he has access to one of the only 2 Harbors on the map, where you can build something other than transports, maybe remove his airport for example. |

or instead of connecting his land, make the map larger and connect the sea of the left and right side by the center and/or by the bordures. |
