Team play. BH and GS vs. PS and PL. YC is the moderator. ** SETTINGS ** Weather : clear Tags : disabled CO powers: enabled Limits: no turn limit, no unit limit, no capture limit. FoW: enabled Banned COs: Sonja, ALL mass-damage, T0 and luck tier. (If Javier is considered T0 unban him.) Banned units : Black Bomb and Stealth Lab units: All but APC. ** CO SELECTION ** YC, now referred to as the Moderator, as well as Grey Sky and Purple Lightning, MUST PLAY AS Javier. BH and PC can use any unbanned CO EXCEPT Javier. ** RULES ** As Moderator: 1> (First turn only) Dive all your subs and do not move them ever again. 2> Roll for "Pasarans" : Every turn, use a RNG or dice to roll for 2 to 8 APCs. Deploy them in the side bases. 3> Move the Pasarans: All APCs move to avoid combat if possible. Once they enter the playfield they cannot leave it. 4> Manage Helpers: Please see the Tokens section for the behavior of Mod helpers. 5> Update Bonus Zones: If a player's token count changes, update it accordingly. If a Protector player deployed more APCs than it has the right to, block their way with the provided Megatank and shoot excess APCs with Battleships. 6> If a player tries to break the rules send him a warning, but if they do it repeatedly you should apply appropriate measures. If they still persist kick them by HQ capture. 7> Announce Winners: If a team's Main Player is defeated, capture the team's HQs and then resign. As Black Hole or Pink Cosmos, aka the "Main Players": On the playfield, standard rules apply. If all YOUR units are defeated and you had units in that area on the last turn, you MUST resign. Same thing if your bases and airport are seized by your opponent. Once per turn, you may pm the Mod so it moves the southern (resp. northern) Megatank one space away on your bonus track. This costs your team 2 (resp. 10) tokens. Destroy as many mod APCs as you can! They award 5 tokens to your team. Don't: - park units near the wall of subs in order to destroy mod units early. If you do, Mod will destroy them with Battleships and Carriers. - target units outside the playfield with silos. This will result in Mod sending 20-50 tokens worth of mod units to attack your base. - block the Mod megatank in the Protector's deployment zone. If you do so, Mod will destroy the blocking unit. Repeated offense may result in Mod sending 20-50 tokens worth of units to attack your base. As Grey Sky or Purple Lightning, aka the "Protectors": Dive your subs on the first turn. You may deploy APCs to shield your Main Player. They cost 2 tokens each. Don't deploy more APCs than you can afford, else Mod will stall them by parking its Megatank on the yellow city, and destroy excess APCs with battleships. **TOKENS** Eight Mod factories form the Token track. It effectively functions as a 8-bit counter: empty means 0 and mod infantry means 1. To update the counters Mod deploys infantry to turn 0’s to 1’s and deletes idle infantry to turn 1’s to 0’s. Each team start with one token. They can get more by destroying Pasarans (name comes from a type of FOE from Etrian Odyssey 3). PL and GS can deploy an APC if their team has tokens (2 tokens = 1 APC). Deploying more than allowed can (and will) result in the Mod destroying excess APCs and/or denying Pasaran tokens for the offending team. The Mod uses the megatank to block the way if too many APCs were deployed, then destroys them with Rockets. If a Pasaran is destroyed while sitting on Mod Deployment zone it DOES NOT award tokens. Also, for PC and BH only: The Bonus Track can net you an extra 6000G/turn and +20% ATK. To grab those, you can spend two tokens once per turn and pm the Mod so it moves the Megatank back one space. You can also get access to one silo for 10 tokens. Mod Helpers: These units are produced by the effects of tokens. They always strike where it causes the most damage within their range. They won’t seek to resupply or capture properties. They can be attacked. - Infantry : 1 token - Mech: 2 tokens - Recon: 3 tokens - Tank or Arty: 4 tokens - B Copter: 5 tokens - Md Tank or Rockets: 6 tokens - Neotank or Bomber or Fighter: 8 tokens - Megatank: 10 tokens |

Maybe its too big since the condition for winning is destroying the other player then it'll take forever to finish and might take away from the fun. |

That’s why you want to earn tokens so you can purchase support from Mod. Besides larger playfields provide much more fronts which in turn makes deployment decisions more critical. I’m just making one playtest and from it I can figure out which things I could add/change/remove. Thanks for the feedback tho. |

Yep, but you get 5 of them. And the mod spawns two of them per turn (might change this if I find out that it gives away too few/many tokens.). |

I assume YC's property areas near PL and GS should not be accessible. Even without rule breaking PC and BH's infantries can go through allies' sub wall to grab everything there. |

List of changes: - Made the rules section easier to understand. - Tweaked mod's deployment zone with battleships and carriers. These will only be used if a player tries to obstruct passage of Mod units. - Piped the Mod City zones and relocated Protector's cities. Replaced some cities with ports so mod battleships won't run out of fuel/ammo. - Relocated the Mod's com towers. - Added a "control valve" in the form of a mod megatank to stall excess APCs if a Protector player deployed too many of them. |
