I am aware, probably gonna reduce that don't know why the map hasn't updated from before though. Most likely a delay. Would like all opinions though, this is my first map. |

Not a bad map for first try tbh. I will list some of the big flaws for you :3 -There are alots of bases and only one area for the battle to happen, aka the center. This will make the map turn into a slow, painful meat grinder. Not fun :< -Well infantry and mech can still cross mountain you say, all that unit will have a bad time against 1 single b copter or a well positioned artillery. (Also turn a base into infantry/mech spamming machine isnt that great in strategy game) -No First Turn Advantage Counter. Orange Star will take that and BM will have a hard time. ( You can counter it simply with 2 pre-owned bases and give BM 1 infantry on one of the base. Check other map!) That’s all I guess. Not meant to discourage you or anything, we are always in need of new map tbh, so you can always dm (me) us Map Committee if you have any questions about map making. (Or Discord) |

Also, terrain clustering is bad. Although it’s just a cause to the "meat grinder" aspect Ilese mentioned. Terrain clumping (sometimes) greatly reduces number of fronts. If you want to keep the mountain chain just put them at the border, where they won’t hinder deployment. And put some isolated mountain tiles in the inner zone if you like. |
