Yeah you can counter the disposable navy gimmick by banning scop-reliant COs.
This is basically a map for T4 matchups as few of the T4 COs have reliable scop (except Grimm and Jess).

Also, Sasha, while less powerful (because HF) shuts down most scop while having a somewhat crappy scop in maps with high
income (almost never used it in AWDS, always used market crash instead).
