huh, with a fast way to the enemy HQ, I think Sami should be higher tier than T3 (although it's an HF map so maybe she's still
weak here?). I'm no expert though

Even as P2, Sami can cap nearly unstoppably by day 5 (requires a super early [day 2] recon/tank from the middle base to
counter, day 3 is too slow) HQs should probably have black boats.
