Too many infantry as is, and center is too important.

Green has an additional property in the middle of the bottom left quadrant.
Pretty okay map, even if movement is often a bit tedious.

To add onto that, Green has an extra property and a shoal tile next to it. Both of those are missing on the black side, otherwise neat map !
