FTA is countered by Pink Cosmos having an extra city on south edge that should be captured by Orange Star early.

Yeah, there are lots of bases but there's lots of action on this map on many different fronts - designed to engage with every
other player. My friends and I don't play with CO powers so no idea about bans (broken 5). We play with all units, with
basically everything but the most basic units tied to labs. Fog. Our first game had fewer cities on the outskirt and so no one
went out there; so this has more. We didn't enjoy random weather. We went 1000 per city and it was good but we'll likely go
1500 or 2000 to get more naval involvement going.

rotpilz, I make my maps in Excel. I can upload the existing text file as a CSV (comma delineated), and then I can shift it
around depending on how I want to center it. After that I select the whole sheet and set highlighting rules so I can actually
tell what numbers represent what terrain as I don't have the terrain map memorized. I save a copy of the file as an excel
workbook so I can go back to it with highlighting and I save a CSV copy as well. I open the CSV with notepad and then save it
with a different name as a text file so the uploader will recognize it. I almost put teleport tiles in the forest on this map but
decided against it. If you want to do that you edit out the numbers in the text file before uploading. I believe 50*50 is the
largest size, but at this size you can't put units on. Hope that helps.

Thanks for the response, ive tried something similar but instead i made a giant plains map, exported to text, copy pasted
some parts to make it larger and uploaded it back and the website returned something along the lines of: "Map size too big"
(i dont remember i did it like 2 weeks ago)

Those big maps were made before I started playing here. I think sometime in the past they updated the uploader and the new
one doesn't upload maps bigger than 50*50. I'd definitely make larger maps if I could for big FFAs but as it is I just have to go
for more density on the maps I do make.

I don't think the limit is 50*50, but rather a limit on the tiles. I couldn't upload my 60x60 map, but I think it worked with 40x60.
Maybe I remember wrong since its been a while since I tried that, but I'm pretty sure about that.

Surto8, I just did the calc and 50*50 is 2500 tiles. I tried uploading 15*150 for 2250 tiles and 40*60 for 2400 tiles and neither
were recognized as valid. I also did 15*100 and even that wasn't recognized. (Wanted to do a super narrow map with teleport
tiles around the outside as a halo themed map)

I will be editing this map in a month or so. Want to fix one road tile by the Yellow Comet HQ, fix the 1 o'clock exterior ring base
so the port is only exposed to sea on 1 side, and will rotate interior island base and city 30 degrees clockwise so that each
base and city are against the player on the opposite side of the map. Finding in my current game that players are currently
pinched between their clockwise opponent and instead I want the island to be a place where people are facing off against people
from the other side of the map.

Map isn't bad, but the centre comm spam means it's game once someone has the upper hand
there.
It would be better if most of the terrain/properties was stripped to open it up a bit more

The cluster F in the middle makes this an "unserious" map imo, but it's visually breathtaking.

Pink and green's airport is directly adjacent to their factories in the center,
making it easy for the enemy to airport block and attack whatever you
build on the factory all in one go if you don't build anything on the airport
All the other airports are diagonal to their factories
