Rules:
Teams: Everyone vs. BH (so the APC's don't block each other.
CO's: Ban everyone except Sami

BH is the host of the game while OS, BM, GE and YC are the players. The APC's of each
country are the playing pieces. The winner is the one who captures the BH HQ. On the
very first turn each player must load their Infantry into their APC.
At the start of each day the host (BH) randomly generates a number between 1-6 and
tells each player privately how many spaces their APC is allowed to move. If the player
would land on someone else's space they are allowed to move onto the next free space
if they have enough Movement Points left. If not they have to move to next free space
behind the blocking APC. If no space is free the APC simply waits. Each Terrain has a
different effect when an APC ends their turn there. These are as follow:

Road: Plain Space. Nothing happens
Bridge: Well-built Bridge! Add +1 to your Movement for the next turn.
Empty Silo (Snow): You're stuck in the Snow! Don't move next turn.
Broken pipe seam: Yikes it's pretty difficult to traverse through here... Subtract -1 to your
Movement for the next turn
Black Hole City: Now you've done it. Lash took control of your APC. Move backwards
for your next turn. (If an APC lands on another space with an effect the effect will still
take place)
BH HQ: Once you reach this space (it doesn't matter if you exactly land on this space or
still have some Movement left) unload your Infantry in the river and start capturing the
HQ the next two turns. In the meantime the Host captures the HQ of the countries who
did not reach the HQ so that the country who reached this space is the only winner. The
other countries as well as the host may also just drop out if they want to

The black boats can be moved however you like. The countries can refuel their APC'S
with them, as they could run out of fuel thanks to the BH Cities. A Player is allowed to
not move for a turn if they want to refuel their APC. If an APC waits on a space the
effect will still trigger.
The Host should only capture the HQ of the other nations if an APC has reached the BH
HQ and if someone doesn't follow the rules (for example by moving the APC further
then randomly decided or blocking someone's else's APC.). If only one players remains
because the others have been booted/quitted or been eliminated by BH they
automatically win.

This is rather just a prove of concept then really anything else. I hope you will still enjoy
and feel free to suggest improvements!
