^ simple solution:

press f12

make the 5 star rate a 0.1

vote 0.1 on this map (it rounds down to 0)

there you kill his votes

drop down the line with "select name= map_rating"

choose one of the options and turn both values to 0.1

I;E 1 to 0.1

the second value (!!1!!) is the value thats shown in the rate this map selection bar, its just cosmetic, so
just change the first one (1)

then vote with that option, in my example it would be 1, press rating and kaboom, youve illegally sabotaged the rating
system, the fbi will be shortly at your door
