I think for FTA counter here, you can give OS 0 inf, BM 1, GE 2, and leave YC as is. Looks good otherwise Surto, nice
balanced FFA.

OS and BM both start before their neighbours, whilst GE and YC both start after their neighbours

actually, dredge's "FTA" counter should cause nice asymmetrical diplomacy situations and i used it in some of my past FFAs, so
it's useful for that purpose
