Erm... Sami wins? EIther that or Hachi wins or Sensei wins. Bases are far too close to
HQs... Maybe if each country controlled a corner of the center isle?

OS only has 3 bases on their mini island, just pointing it out. and this map could be
quite a difficult map or an easy one.
