Honestly, this doesn't look bad. My main points of contention would be these: - The resupply line is really long and the HQs look way too safe, allowing losing players to stall out their loss for a very, very long time. - due to the reinforcement times, if one player manages to capture their own airport while the opponent doesn't get theirs, they have a really large advantage that'll probably win them the game. - The reinforcement routes are pretty bland - Each factory (apart from the preowned one near the HQ) will send their vehicles straight six tiles towards the middle. - Tying in to the above, the main areas of conflict themself are fairly bland - while there's a solid number of cities players can fight over (a big plus, nicely done!), vehicles have little problem covering a large number of them at once. This makes tanks, already the best vehicle under standard funds, even better than before by virtue of making battle copters worse and further lessens the variety in unit build choice. That said, this really does look pretty solid aside from those points, especially in the city placement/capture phase development. |
