Less roads. @_@ Koal (+10% attack power on roads if you didn't know) would kick but.

Also, the countries start with too much property and are way to close to eachother. Too
make things more interesting, try adding ports.

I don't think there are enough roads for koal to own this map... I'd say kindle for urban
blight.
