A couple things to point out:
-The neutral bases in the center of each quadrant are exactly 5 spaces apart - rocket range
-Sometimes it's best to not destroy your pipes so quickly in order to defend the neutral stuff
-One silo per person, use it wisely
-The border of the map is meant to be crossed
