Edited version of UrBooksROverdue's Rhode Island Map for four players! Thought a smaller playerbase may make this pretty
interesting with some big armies. Got rid of the original Orange Star at the Top Middle, was very overpowered. Please offer
feedback, this is my first time doing anything like this.
