Ok, so this is my first map...
The inspiration is RTK China, around the time where it's only Three Kingdoms. I added the
Han in for a fourth person (after all, who dosen't love starting in the middle of the map?).
Colors were swiched around and unhistorical to prevent the middle from gaining any first-
turn advantages, specificly taking the base above YC, which is meant for GE. All countries
but middle also start with an infantry, to balance out the fact that the middle has quite a few
territories close to it.
