Worth noting that Kindle does not get her Urban bonus from non-income-producing terrain apart from Towers, so all those Silo
tiles won't help her at all.

Interesting! I didn't know that. I think it's fine tho, she could otherwise be pretty broken on this map. But maybe I should add more cities, I need to have some gameplay feedback before.
