This is a variation of Blackwater Passage meant for FoW matches, the main difference being the removal of some forests near the HQ and the central mountains, as well as the addition of roads to connect cities further away from the bases. The HQs and second bases are also moved a bit closer to the center. As usual, any constructive criticism and feedback is appreciated.
