So stupid. Played this on league fog and sturm was not banned. Resulting in
recons /rocket and infantry swampping through the middle.
Why us sturm not banned on this map????

Played Jake mirror and I did spam tanks. Which is completely normal after spamming infantry. It's a perfectly good map.

The port is USELESS! It's almost like the mapper made them to not give repairs to the units and
the player has no obligation of building ship units in the first place.... if I can give a negative
score, it will be -5

Boring Map. Every game is Flak mirror with tanks spam..... if I can give a score, it will be -9 to 24.

EDIT: ok this is probably way too much lol, it's a good map. Open fog maps, and AW in general, love tanks.
And while sturm gets a few cities and recons faster, he sucks against VB tanks, and the rest of T1 don't do that badly against
him.

Mapper sits here making a joke about the port being useless on purpose, meanwhile dozens of players genuinely try to make
good maps but will never see league play. Must be nice being so privileged

Also responding to Hanakko, the port is five spaces from their base, which is not contested, your really telling me that the port
being replaced with a city and therefore healing 2 HP(3 with rachel) for ground units is too strong. REALLY? My problem isn't
the placement, it's that it is just a city,
bases build units, airports build units, and yes, ports build units too. If you don't want to have naval units on a map, don't build
a port

Having 2 cities next to each other just doesn't look at nice, it breaks a mapper convention

(Another note is all Map Committee member earned their role, i myself made 200~ maps already. Started out just like you. We

It indeed is nice having the privilegue of having trial and errored through hundreds of
map creations, tests and fixes to understand what works well for maps and what
doesn't,
what map features cause which kind of gameplay and what causes high level players
to risk attacks in fog instead of entering stalemates.
It is indeed a nice privilegue to have put in work to git gud.

The port being a port may make little difference, but what difference does that make
for you? If the port/city spot is as useless as you say while changing nothing, then it's
clearly purely a preference issue seeing as neither option has any impact on gameplay,
right?

Haven't run into a stalemate on this map and while the map is not really good for b-copters or ranged, it just creates cool normal battles (fog at least)

Boring map, as long as you want, you can use artillery to drag time. The sea and forest in the middle of the map can
completely block the enemy's attack.


If your HQ is within the range of the enemy's artillery attack, sorry, you have lost.

I hate this map.

It broke into my house
five of my children were fathered by this map
my sister was murdered by this map
my company went bankrupt because this map tanked the stocks
my favorite band broke up because of this map
i lost four of my five senses because of this map
i'm going to be in prison for the rest of my life because this map gave false testimony

In short, fuck this map, 10/10.
