First version of this map only had a single entry point into the communication tower areas. A second mountain on both sides was added to open up that choke a bit as it was easy for GE to block infantry from either side with an early b-copter in one play test. |

Play Test Summary: OS and BM have the choice to capture the second base or rob GE of funds on day 1. All have an equal chance to rush the com towers, however if OS or BM do so they risk a longer funding disadvantage to GE. Most play tests resulted in a bit of a army build up with GE holding the North/South properties in the early game and then having a hard time holding them as the armies on the sides built up strength. There is usually a tipping point, where either GE starts to buckle or can push to a single side and attempt to capture the HQ (in which GE would be the winner). While GE seems to have an advantage at first glance, variations of this map have proven that this is actually a fair balance given the volume and funding of the two flanks. |
