Like I always do... let me say what "map designing techniques" (lame name!) are in this
map: HQ swap and teamed units. (let's pretend you care)

There is a HQ swap - or a base swap, to be more precise. Each army also gets some units -
soldiers for capturing in one side, and the task of defending your ally's capture squad in
the other.

There are only two ports in the land area. This means that unless you think that your team
can capture both of them, you should get into an agreement (I will capture and you will
defend!). Also the (optional) capture limit of 25 means that the team should agree on one
army to capture more than the other (since ONE player must have 25 buildings - it's not
the team which must have 25).

Choose your ally, country, CO and plan, and good luck!

Money: 1,000-1,500 per building

it doesn't look like GE and YC have much of a chance of surviving if OS and BM play smart
and choose the right CO.
