If I were the penguin player I'd run my soldiers on the north away as fast as humanely possible. But I think they go last, so really there's no escape, except maybe in fog. But even then, only for the neotanks and only by hiding in every forest along the way. There's no way to beat even just the top wing of fighter bombers, anti-air cannot hit stealth, and building fighters would be a losing proposition with his fighters and stealth fighters. Seems like those units only accomplishment will be building CO meter. I cannot imagine sinking money into the defense of the island would be worth it.
