Not played on this yet but honestly it looks so busy and confusing. I'm not a fan of shoal road type maps in fog anyway
because the 4 shades of blue (shoal/sea with fog and non-fog) make it very difficult to decipher what is going on. Might just be
me, but is something to consider when adding these types of map to GL... will report back after playing a game on it.

this is quite possibly one of the dumbest maps ive ever played in GL :P. the opponent can just rush to the lab by day 7 and
capture win xd. totally disgusting

The map committee did remove Daises for having a day 6 lab cap so I think’ll they might do the same until it’s fixed (though it
won’t be easy).Daises also had a funding curve issue so this map might not get removed from GL.

I think this map needs Black boat on lab. In corrent state it have onle one strategy In
covering lab with early recon. And against sami it comes down to luck roll if u dont baseskip

Yep, this map is honestly awful to play on. I made a couple of mistakes in my game because the interaction of fog with the sea
and shoals meant it was difficult to decipher. Even after playing I can't look at this map and see what the clear routes are.

As for gameplay, for BM, the right side of the map is fuelled by a single base which is at least 3 days away from where all the
action happens. You basically have to choose a single unit each day to reinforce with and hope that it was the right one to
counter what your opponent might bring. If you get it wrong, tough because reinforcements ain't arriving for a while, and then
it's probably too late anyway. The left side is fuelled by the other single base, but for some reason the route again to get to the
place of action is over 3 days away! I suppose this side can be supported by the airport. You can get reinforcements there
quicker if you invest in a lander, but being given a black boat means buying a lander then relegates the black boat usage to
healing. Maybe that's the idea.

I ended up resigning in my game quite early on as I thought I was doing way worse than I was. With so few bases but lots of
cities it promotes expensive units. I bought a stealth... which would have caused havoc had I continued in hindsight. Is that
good map design? I dunno.

Anyway, I didn't enjoy playing on this map, primarily because it is so difficult to work out what is going on.
