Tested With tier 3 or lower, non fog, regular funds. Feels fun to play

Playtested it a bunch, I think it´s good, need to have a wider opinion for small changes, but I think the general feeling is this, and it feels good.

The map is pretty boring and too spaced out. Check how the ranked map are done and you'll be able to make some good maps.

Maybe if the map was bigger and had a little more cities it could be better.
