orange subs are going to run out of fuel. Furthermore, if you put bboats to replenish them, you would also need to put blue cruisers.
Overall looks like fun idea. Have to checkout if it really balances out for the most part at least.

Recommendations for Settings:
- Fog of War (Very Important)
- Day Limit (Important)
- Capture Limit (Optional)
Red should be going on the offensive, while blue sets up and tries to stop the push.
