Formerly a minor town at the borders of Orange Star and Blue Moon on Cosmo Land, it is actually a peninsula.
This place has been repurposed into a training grounds for light training excercises between the upcoming COs.
It was here where Olaf had tasted the first defeat by the upcoming Lucky Star Nell.
He may harbor a slight resentment for this place...
