Fog of war, 2000 funds per turn. Ban all tier 0 and tier 1, except for Grit. And also ban Max, Olaf, Drake, Kindle, Rachel and Andy. Ban units: Artillery, Rockets, Missiles, Megatank. (This means Battleships and Piperunners are the only purchasable indirects and Neotanks are the strongest ground unit). P1 Team A P2 Team B P3 Team C P4 Team B P5 Team C P6 Team B This is my second experiment with 3v2v1. Compared to my first map, this one has more restraint and a milder start. |

Fascinating |
Kantbei (08/28/2021 12:23am):
P1 is way too strong in my experience so far. They get a huge bank to spam Neotanks / MDs that no one can really match, and bships let them lock down enough cities that they have a comfortable income range in the midgame (about 14-16k). Without artillery, I think no one can really stop them |
zethbrora (08/29/2021 10:19am):
Thanks Kantbei, I'll definitely nerf P1 starting economy by reducing a few of the red cities. I might as well take away 1 cruiser from P1 and give it to pink (and remove P1 starting MD tank). I appreciate the feedback |

Grey Skies also gets screwed on this map. You can't buy any ground units besides Mechs and Infantry because the mountain blocks the base from all sides. |
zethbrora (09/29/2021 09:49pm):
@Cuddly Thanks for your comment. It's a bit of a tough dilemma for the map tbh, because Grey position is primarily focused on naval combat, and naval combat requires much more funds than land to have a proper flow. With that being said, playing Grey is not as fun as playing other positions because of that naval focus. In the first version of this map I didn't even add a factory to Grey, this factory surrounded by mountains is from a second edition (after a few matches have been played). I'll see if there is a better solution, but it might also require rebalancing other parts of the map. |
