The 4 in the middle have less properties and are surrounded. Wheres the balance?

This map gives the safest corner positions to the four players with the largest FTA. Shouldn't this position be given to the
players with the smallest FTA, the last four players?

furthermore why not put pipe seams or some barrier through the middle section of the map - so that the central players have
their comparable flank covered - cannot be attacked, artillery locked, or flown at by copters from that direction? Leaving the
central sections open between base deployment areas, but not behind base deployment areas would effectively allow
movement between quadrants without punishing central players.

having a single pre-captured city is not sufficient compensation for the central disadvantage on this map and there
improvements that could fix this.
