Fungi kind of randomly made the black tiles, and I built this map around them. Criticism
and suggestions for fixing it would be appreciated. I made this to be a FFA. Teams of 2
or three are also possible. I know there are problems with it , but so far fixing one has
only created another that is worse and I keep ending up with it back like this.
FunkyChunk (07/13/2008 11:55am):
A large asymmetric map with black tiles? Sexy.

Green Earth kind of needs a bridge or a shoal of some sort though, so that they have the
option to do things besides infantry spam from their starting base.

Fun concept, but the initial gameplay will be mighty boring until a few more cities are
captured by, like, turn 5.

well it's pretty good but I agree GE needs an improved position.

Sly Mold (07/14/2008 02:01pm | Edited: 07/14/2008 02:04pm):
I have added a couple bridges, a couple shoals and some roads. I hope this is an
improvement, but now there is another choke point. Is one choke point better than two? I
could have made two...

In a daring break with tradition I only post once.

I think this map has more comments than all my maps combined do
Fungi127 (07/15/2008 03:33am):
I think that having everyone start with an infantry on their base could help things
progress a little bit faster.
DJ-Moogle (08/16/2008 06:03pm):
I think you need to tighten up the graphics
DJ-Moogle (08/16/2008 06:03pm):
tighten up the graphics, tighten up the graphics...
Bob Cox (08/17/2008 11:56pm):
Remove at least a couple of mountains near the YC base so that they can actually launch a non-infantry offensive.
Sly Mold (08/22/2008 05:07pm | Edited: 11/12/2008 10:32am):
You are right, I do have too many mountains there. That was not my intent. I will fix it
as soon as I can. Also, how do you tighten up graphics? What does that mean? Also also,
I agree with Fungi and will do that too.

I have fixed the mountains and added some roads. I adjusted the locations of a starting
base and a neutral base. I added a few more neutral cities for Red to capture because
there was funding difficulty. If anyone sees something that would make this a better map,
please let me know.
Gunfighter (11/15/2008 10:22am):
I think when he says tighten up the graphics... he is messing with you
