Okay, so it's a weird nerdy map, but I was in organic chem tonight, and I saw it up on the board and decided it'd make a neat map. I don't know how playable it is, but it's neat. The ghosts allow ships to move through the "bonds", and the labs show that it's all about science. No particular lab units. Any suggestions on how to make it more playable? Just let me know. |

to verify, DiMethylSulphate? I am useless at naming organic compounds. |
kookysooky (12/02/2008 08:55pm):
red's cities are more easily captured than BM's due to their proximity to the brigde to the lab + ports. other than that, YC and GE are closer to the middle than OS and BM. this is okay, but only if it's at team game of OS + YC and BM + GE 7/10 |
kookysooky (12/02/2008 08:57pm):
and I think it's dimethyl disulfate |
Nyvelion (12/03/2008 05:19am):
Are BH's infantry supposed to only be around OS and BM? I suppose if it's teams, it's fair, and making OS go through two infantry to get to the center is a good FTA counter I suppose. |
Myst9 (12/03/2008 10:21am):
Well, they are supposed to be ghost infantry. Did I set it up wrong? I don't quite understand the first part of your statement, kookysooky, but I think maybe it would be remedied by turning the "C" around backwards. I have thought about doing that. |
Myst9 (12/03/2008 10:35am):
Okay, I switched the left "C" around, moved its "H" down a notch to match the right, and set the bridges and ports mirror-like. OS and BM are now 6 paces away from a comm tower, where GE and YC are 7 paces away. Perhaps I should add one or two additional cities to OS and BM to balance it a bit more. |
Myst9 (12/05/2008 09:18am):
This is just a note to remind myself to fix the little problem of GE having one more city than YC. |
