I think the first castle should have closer reinforcements than level 5. I think it feels
very isolated for being that early in the game. If the forest were blocked off with the
pipe so that nobody could "skip ahead" it wouldn't feel as bad because there would be time
to capture surrounding properties before one of the 4 enemies has time to rush with recons
or infantry. I think BD's base there should be able to capture at least one of the nearby
neutral bases outright... maybe give them an APC there to start? because right now both
neutral bases are rushable by "Mario/Luigi"

@Xmo5: I see you're point, I'll fix it right away, thanks for the suggestions.

Edit: I have fixed the rushing problem, I also increased the number of cities that Wario (Yellow Comet) starts
with; 5
instead of 3, but I am wondering if I should lower it to 4 cities instead, any thoughts? I also might change the
Com
Tower that Brown Desert holds to another factory instead to help balance the rushing problem.

Edit 2: I changed the aforementioned Com Tower to a Factory, I also added APCs for Brown Desert and Grey
Sky.

Why doesn't anyone who makes a SMB3 map ever include a T Copter as the airship?

I have a confession.... I've never played Super Mario Bros.

@Nyvelion: I originally had a T-copter on the HQ for all my Super Mario Bros 3 Maps; they ended up giving a
VERY unfair advantage to the one who started with them. Take this map for example; Grey Sky and Brown
Desert would immediately gain a Lab, a Com Tower an Airport, and a Factory. The latter two of which are
positioned in spots which would allow them to prevent any early property capturing for their opponents; let alone
any property capturing at all.

...While typing this however, I think I left my Water Land map with a T-Copter. Otherwise it became an unfair
advantage to the first player. Feel free to check out that map. (Though I need to fix the fact that it is absolutely
broken by choke-points; at least for the land units.)

Gasp! SMB3 is an amazing game! My favorite old school Mario game, maybe even my favorite overall.

Update: Rearranged the Fortress properties in the center of the map; the factory positions are switched, and
one is
now Grey Sky instead of both being Brown Desert.

I also changed "Mario" from Red Fire into Orange Star. It has closer color, and goes first, as it feels more fitting
that way. (Though
its annoying how its Orange Star, not Red Star...unless you are from Japan.)

EDIT: Second Update: Added a shore passage to the castle island. This should help prevent clogging on the
bridge.

Also gave Mario (Orange Star) a missile launcher at start. This should help with defense against the early
airport capture that the opposing teams have.

Moved Brown Desert's Pipe Runner (Hammer Brother) onto the city.
